1. Who we are

2. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases made on the website. If you buy as a consumer, all the rights granted to you by the Italian Consumer Code remain valid.
3. Our items
Photos and descriptions show the items as faithfully as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Items in antique lace and one-of-a-kind pieces may differ slightly from the photos. Quantities are limited: an item is available as long as it can be bought on the website.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before payment (see Shipping). For countries outside the European Union, customs duties may be payable by the recipient.
5. Orders and contract
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. If an item is no longer available because of a stock error, we will let you know straight away and refund you in full.
6. Payment
You pay online when you order by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, through Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your card details.
7. Shipping
Times, costs and countries are described in the Shipping policy.
8. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw and a 24-month legal guarantee: all the details are in the Refunds and returns policy.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence; this is without prejudice to any more favourable rules of the consumer's country of residence in the European Union. If you have any problem, please write to us first: we always try to find a solution together.
