Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to return one or more items without giving any reason (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

How to return an item

  1. Within 14 days of delivery, write to us at lerighe.difortedeimarmi@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the form below, but it is not required.
  2. We will reply with the address to send the parcel to.
  3. Send the items back within 14 days of your message, with the courier of your choice.

Conditions

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Items must come back intact, not washed or worn (other than to try them on), with their labels. If an item comes back damaged or used, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
  • We recommend a tracked shipment: until the parcel reaches us, the risk remains with you.

Refund

  • We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the order and at no extra cost.
  • The refund includes the price of the items and the standard shipping costs paid for the order (€10 in Italy, €20 in Europe) if you return the whole order. (This is required by law: Article 56 of the Italian Consumer Code.)
  • We may wait to refund until we have received the items or proof that you have sent them.

Size or colour exchanges
Write to us: if the item you want is available, we will put it aside for you. An exchange works like a return plus a new order: shipping for the item you send back and for the new item is paid by the customer. If the mistake is ours (wrong size, colour or a different item from the one ordered), all shipping for the exchange is paid by us.

Faulty or wrong items (legal guarantee)

All items are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). If an item arrives faulty, different from the one ordered or damaged, write to us within 2 months of noticing it, with a photo if possible. In these cases shipping costs are paid by us and you can choose between a replacement (if the item is available) or a refund.

Items in antique lace and one-of-a-kind pieces may show small differences in fabric and details compared with the photos: this is part of their handcrafted making and is not a defect.
