Times
- Every item is prepared by us: we ship your order within 5-7 working days of payment.
- We ship with GLS. Once shipped, the parcel arrives within 24-48 working hours in Italy; other European countries usually take a few days longer.
- When the parcel leaves, you will receive an email with a link to track it.
Countries outside the European Union (Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra): customs duties, import taxes and any clearance fees are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient on delivery.
Damaged or missing parcel
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it to the courier on delivery and write to us straight away with a photo. If it does not arrive within the times stated, write to us: we will trace it with the courier.
